REGISTRATION POLICIES
Please read and understand these policies before registering for
"The Write Stuff" or Pre-Conference Workshops.

Registration Open

Conference: All conference registrations postmarked or entered via Paypal from January 15 up to and including February 22 will receive the Early Bird discount. Mail-in and Paypal registration will continue to be available at Late Registration prices until March 9, 2012. No mail-in registrations postmarked, or Paypal registrations entered, after March 9 can be accepted; your check/funds will be returned. Fees incurred will be passed on to you. 

Registration cut-off date is March 9, 2012 or until hotel's maximum capacity has been filled, whichever is reached first.

Pre-Conference Workshops: We will accept pre-conference workshop registrations until we reach a limit of 120 participants or March 9, whichever comes first. If the workshop closes we will return your check.  

Cancellation Policy 

Conference: Registered conferees needing to cancel may receive a full refund until the early bird deadline of Feb. 22. Cancellations between Feb. 23 and Mar. 9 are subject to a $50 processing fee. We can offer no refunds after Mar. 9.  Bank charges incurred from insufficient funds will be passed on to the attendee. 

Pre-Conference Workshop:  Cancellations between Feb. 23 and Mar. 9 may be subject to a processing fee. No refunds after March 9.

Walk-In Policy 

Due to overwhelming response, we cannot accept walk-in registrations for the 2013 Write Stuff Conference. Thank you for your interest!
