Members and students: $110; 
Non-members: $130; 
Conference with Membership Renewal $140
Conference with new membership: $150

After February 25th: 
Members, Non-members and Students. $145 
Conference with membership renewal $175
Conference with new membership $185

Registration cut-off date is now MONDAY March 18th, 2013 or until hotel's maximum capacity has been filled, whichever is reached first.

No walk-in registrations will be available for the 2013 conference.

WALK IN REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

Conference Includes: Friday night sessions and Welcome Reception; Saturday: Continental breakfast, lunch, all presentations and materials.
